If you have any questions about postage, payment, or any of my products, please don't hesitate to ask. I happily do GIFT NOTES & GIFT WRAPPING, as well as sending gifts directly, so please contact me with any requests.

Shipping:
My items are READY TO SHIP - Unless otherwise stated as PRE-ORDER in title of listing.
I will endeavour to mail your order as soon as possible, generally within 3 days of the order being placed. I happily offer combined shipping and try to charge as close to the real cost as possible. Significant overcharges for shipping will be refunded. 

AUSTRALIA:
All parcels are sent via Standard Post satchels or tough bag envelopes. FLAT RATE $9.00 Australia wide (or less for smaller items). Please allow the standard 3-5 business days for your order to arrive. I am happy to send your order by Registered Post, please just notify me prior to purchase, or Express Post by selecting this option at check out.

INTERNATIONAL:
All items will be sent via standard Economy Air Mail, in tough bags or satchels depending on the size. Please allow the standard 2 - 3 weeks for your order to arrive. I am happy to send your order by express or registered post, please just notify me prior to purchase, and I will set up a custom listing for you with adjusted shipping costs.
Significant overcharges in shipping calculations will be refunded *

I have never had a problem with Australia Post, however I cannot be held responsible for parcels lost or damaged in the mail. If you would prefer your package to be sent by registered post, please let me know. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.
Refunds and Exchanges:
I want you to LOVE my products and my store, so please contact me if you have any concerns, and I will always do what I can to make it right for you :)
Refunds will only be given if the item is faulty or damaged, and all costs (including shipping the item back to me) will be refunded once I receive the item back.
If you just change your mind, I will be happy to organise an exchange for you, for another item from my store of equal or higher value. The cost of shipping the item back to me (in the same condition you received it, with tags on) is up to you. I will cover the cost of shipping your replacement item back to you.  Please notify me within 14 days of receiving your item.
Additional policies and FAQs:
All pieces are created by hand, so no two items are identical. Please allow for slight variances in colour and pattern placement from what is shown in the photos.
Please note that I try to provide photographs that depict the product colours as accurately as possible, however all monitor settings are different and therefore colours may vary.
